There is an increasing trend in the Middle East for the effective application of specialist software technology to more effectively manage, control and report on Asset and FM delivery and service performance.

The application and configuration of appropriate technology applies equally to Asset Owners as well as FM Service Providers.

This trend now includes Asset Owners and Developers requiring greater access and transparency in the provision of asset, financial and service performance data provided by either the Client’s “in-house” FM Department or their outsourced FM Service Providers.

Increasingly this now involves Asset Owners and Developers taking ownership of such Asset Management technology systems and data (intellectual property) as well as integration of FM software systems with Asset Owner’s ERP systems.

Alternatively where Client’s FM Service Providers have their own CAFM systems there is also a growing awareness and requirements of Clients to ensure such CAFM systems have been configured to their full capability and provide relevant financial, FM operations and service performance data including increasing automation of Service Providers Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) within technology platforms and solutions.
